We hope that you love what you ordered from INTERMIX. But in the event that you don't, we've made it as simple as possible to return items to us and we will do our best to issue you with a refund as quickly as possible.

Our Return and Exchange Policy

Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. All purchases of sale merchandise and swimwear are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned and we cannot accept intermixonline returns in any stores outside of the United States.

PLEASE NOTE: All Sale purchases are FINAL. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

How to Return Merchandise By Mail
  1. Before mailing the item you wish to return please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can do that either by clicking here or logging into My Account.
  2. Simply locate your order and confirm the merchandise you wish to return. Your RMA number will be generated automatically and emailed to you, along with return instructions.
  3. Mail us your item(s) using the pre-paid return label that was included with your order.

We will deduct a flat fee of $10.00 from your refund for return postage. Insurance is taken care of when using the provided label. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to use the address listed on our return label. If you do not use the pre-paid label, the $10.00 fee will not be deducted from your refund.

NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.

How to Exchange Merchandise by Mail
  1. Call a Customer Service representative at 855-4IMIX-HELP (855-446-4943)and explain that you want to return an item for exchange, not refund. This will ensure that your account will not receive any extra shipping charges for your return shipping or the shipping of the replacement item.
  2. Return the item to us using the directions in "How to Return Merchandise By Mail", above.
  3. Simply order the replacement item from our website in the size and style that you want.

Please note: Only full-price merchandise can be returned by mail for exchange or refund. All sale purchases are final.

How to Return or Exchange Merchandise in Store
  1. Full-price merchandise can be returned at any of our stores in the United States for refund or exchange.
  2. Return the item to a sales associate along with your invoice. The sales associate will then initiate the return process for you and the documentation will be sent to you via email.
  3. Your credit will be processed within 3-4 business days and your credit should be reflected on your next credit card statement.
