Policy
Any return or exchange on FULL-PRICE merchandise will be accepted by mail or in any United States INTERMIX store within 14 days of
the date you received the merchandise. Gift cards cannot be returned and we cannot accept intermixonline returns in any stores outside of the United States.
PLEASE NOTE: All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Please shop carefully! Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.
Instructions For Exchange or Return of Full-Price Merchandise
EXCHANGES:
By Mail - FREE
If you're making an exchange, we make it easy. A pre-paid RETURN LABEL is included with every order. Fill out the exchange portion of your RETURN LABEL and drop your exchange at a UPS store. Once received, we will process your exchange and mail back to the original shipping address processed with your order. No worries, insurance is taken care of when using the provided label.
In Store - FREE
Simply bring the invoice slip and credit card used when you placed the order to a sales associate at any one of our stores. The sales associate will provide you with a written receipt of your exchanged item. The sales associate will charge your credit card for the new item and we will simply credit you for the original item. Your credit will be processed within 24 hours and will be reflected on your next credit card statement.
RETURNS:
(Excludes Gift Cards) By Mail - $10.00 (Standard UPS Ground)
Mail your item(s) using the pre-paid RETURN LABEL. We will deduct a flat fee of $10.00 from your order refund for return postage. No worries, insurance is taken care of when using the provided label. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to use the address listed on our RETURN LABEL. If you do not use the pre-paid label, the $10.00 fee will not be deducted from your return.
In Store - FREE

HOLIDAY SEASON:
During the holiday season, Intermix extends its return policy to merchandise purchased beginning the Wednesday before Thanksgiving through December 25th. Merchandise may be exchanged or returned with an original packing slip through January 10th. All sale merchandise is final sale, even during the holiday season.
Merchandise purchased after 12/25 falls under INTERMIX's non-holiday return policy.
