Assistant Manager
Key Accountabilities :

Sales Associates
Key Accountabilities :
- Greet and acknowledge all customers
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store
- Meet or exceed 3% selling goal average for each fiscal month
- Maintain an accurate, organized and effective client book
Participate in keeping the selling floor to operational and visual standards —both during the day and at the end of the day
- Adhere to loss prevention guidelines and deter shoplifting by providing excellent customer service
- Follow all procedures in the POS system for ringing up sales
- Remove unwanted merchandise from fitting rooms
- Fold, straighten, fill-in and ensure correct placement of merchandise throughout the day
Requirements:

Store Visual Manager
Key Accountabilities :
- Proper product Placement
- Oversee Daily mannequin maintenance and replace sold-thru styles according to visual guidelines
- Re-merchandising floor after transfers and markdowns
- Performing Daily checklist when scheduled for opening shift
- Ensure all associates follow proper closing procedures in regards to visual standards
- Understand all creative brand objectives
- Leading Manager to execute floor set
- Ensure all floor set objectives are met
- Delegate responsibilities during floor set to ensure time is used valuably
- Ensure floor set folder on intranet is always current
- Communicate floor set goals and objectives to store staff
- Partner with Store Manager to ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld throughout the day
- Implement all visual communications and directives in allotted time
- Oversee installation of all visual signage
- Communicate with Area Visual Merchandiser to address fixture needs or replacementss to management as soon as they arise.

Floor Coordinator
Key Accountabilities :
- Work with management to maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and customer-friendly store operation
- Perform manager-on-duty functions as assigned
- Assist management team with opening and closing procedures
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store.
- Meet or exceed 3% selling goal average for each fiscal month
- Maintain an accurate, organized and effective client book
- Lead by example and assist sales associates with selling and client interactions when on duty
- Assist with the execution of floor sets
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role
- Prior experience in a luxury/fashion company
- Excellent personal selling skills
- Ability to contribute to a positive team environment |

Stock Manager
Key Accountabilities :
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Process shipment receipts quickly and accurately. Verify units received; unpack and process merchandise as appropriate (e.g., hang, fold or stack, sensor.)
- Process all store to store transfers, RA’s and damage/defective transfers efficiently. Confirm all transferred items are accurate, ticketed and sensored correctly, and in good condition.
- Ensure all merchandise in the store is sensored according to company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate Inventory Control (records according to company policy and procedures. Participate in quarterly inventory process.
- Communicate inventory issues to management as soon as they arise.
STOCKROOM ORGANIZATION
- Maintain all merchandise in the stockroom by category (e.g., designer, sale, hung vs. folded.) Label product so it can be located quickly.
- Ensure a high level of organization and cleanliness in all areas of the stockroom, including store supplies and fixtures
- Ensure that trash is removed regularly and does not block exits.
- Manage store supply inventory and create supply order monthly. Communicate maintenance issues to management in a timely manner.
DAILY OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Provide a courteous experience for all customers while on the selling floor.
- Be knowledgeable about inventory levels in stockroom; conduct customer merchandise checks and refill floor as needed.
- Prepare web orders and other charge send packages for shipment appropriately. Maintain accurate UPS records.
- Assist with housekeeping and other store operations duties as assigned by management, including Security Guard break coverage.
