Preen's uber styling goes adorably feminine. We love this dress! It begins with wide shoulder straps that lead into a peaked bustier cut bodice. There is a narrow band at the waist, and then two layers of skirt -- a flared under layer, on top of which is a heavily pleated, open front outer layer. At back the skirt has a vertical external panel that closes with a 12" industrial gold metal zipper. And finally... the back is open and ties with two straps across the center. The fabric is a heavy, very stretchy cotton with an ever so slight twill weave. Gorgeous. A size small fits a US 0-2. In white or light grey.
