RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you love what you ordered from INTERMIX. But in the event that you don't, we've made it as simple as possible to return items to us and we will do our best to issue you with a refund as quickly as possible.


Returns

Returns of full-priced merchandise can be accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. All purchases of sale merchandise, hosiery, undergarments, swimwear, and bodysuits are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned and we cannot accept intermixonline.com returns in any stores outside of the United States. Cash will be refunded in the form of a mail check. Store credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

PLEASE NOTE: All sale purchases are FINAL. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

Canada

Sale merchandise in its original, unworn condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Holiday Return Policy


US:

For your convenience INTERMIX offers a holiday return policy:

Full priced merchandise purchased from November 25th, 2016 to December 25th, 2016 may be returned in the country of purchase through January 22nd, 2017 when accompanied with a gift receipt. Undergarments, Swimwear & Sale merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit. Cash transactions will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 2-4 weeks. Merchandise purchased after December 25, 2016 or merchandise without a gift receipt falls under Intermix's non-holiday return policy which is below.

Full refunds are accepted in the country of purchase within 14 days of purchase. Credit card and giftcard refunds will be issued by original form of payment, and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in original condition, with price tag attached. Cash transactions will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 2-4 weeks. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Sale Merchandise in its original, unworn condition may be returned within 24 hours and exchanged for store merchandise within 14 days. Credit card and giftcard refunds will be issued by original form of payment, and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in original condition, with price tag attached. Cash transactions will be refunded in the form of debit. Giftcards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Undergarments and Swimwear are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit. Price adjustments can only be made on full price items and must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Hygiene Policy

For reasons of hygiene and personal safety of our customers the following items may not be returned: hosiery, undergarments, swimwear, and bodysuits.

Hold Policy

INTERMIX will hold full-priced merchandise for 24 hours.

Price Adjustment Policy

Price adjustments are only permitted on full price merchandise within 14 days of the client's original purchase. Price adjustments are not applicable on sale merchandise. Associates are not eligible for price adjustments.

How to Return Merchandise by Mail

  1. Before mailing the item you wish to return, please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by logging into your Account. You may also email us at customerservice@intermixonline.com or contact us by phone between 7am and 1am EST at 855-4IMIX-HELP (855-446-4943), to request your RMA.
  2. Simply locate your order and confirm the merchandise you wish to return. Your RMA number will be generated automatically and emailed to you, along with return instructions.
  3. Mail us your item(s) using the pre-paid return label that was included with your order.

We will deduct a flat fee of $10.00 from your refund for return postage. Insurance is taken care of when using the provided label. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to use the address listed on our return label. If you do not use the pre-paid label, the $10.00 fee will not be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund. Only full-price merchandise can be returned by mail for refund. All sale purchases are final.

How to Return Merchandise in Store

  1. Full-priced merchandise can be returned at any of our stores in the United States for refund or exchange as long as it follows our Return Policy.
  2. Return the item to a sales associate along with your invoice. The sales associate will then initiate the return process for you and the documentation will be sent to you via email.
  3. Your credit will be processed within 3-4 business days and should be reflected on your next credit card statement.

Please note: Only full-price merchandise can be returned by mail for refund. All sale purchases are final.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, INTERMIX does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, please email or call one of our Customer Service associates with both the existing and new order number, allowing us to ensure that you are not charged the return shipping fee for the item(s) you are sending back to us.
