RETURNS

Full-priced items purchased from INTERMIX ONLINE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of receipt by mail or in any domestic INTERMIX store. Please note: All swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits and SALE merchandise are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return. INTERMIX will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

INTERMIX ONLINE is unfortunately not able to offer merchandise exchanges or store credits.

Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and INTERMIX reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at INTERMIX stores or intermixonline.com.

How to Return Merchandise by Mail

  1. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by visiting www.intermixonline.com/returns or logging into your account. Locate your order and verify the merchandise that you are requesting to return. Your RMA number will be emailed to you.

  2. Complete the Merchandise Return Form on your Pack Slip for all items being sent back. Carefully pack your return and please include a copy of your original Pack Slip and the Merchandise Return Form. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.

  3. For your convenience, we have included a pre-paid UPS return label with your order. If you choose to use this label, we will deduct $10 from your refund for shipping & handling costs. Please note your return label tracking number and drop the box at a UPS location. If you opt not to use our label, please send your return to:
