"Q&A with Marina What are the first three things you do each morning? Open my email, get coffee and head to Tracy Anderson. Top three artists on your Spotify right now? Justin Bieber, Dolly Parton, Kacey Nusgraves What are three qualities you admire most in others? Drive, determination and kindness What is your greatest strength? Multi-tasking What’s one thing people may not know about you? I’m very social, chatty and easy going but I’m very reserved to my inner circle and letting people in. What has been a catalyst moment in your life and what impact did it have? Losing my job during a global pandemic and pivoting to launch my own brand Larroudé. If your life was a book, what would its title be? Shoe Bitch Define your personal style in three words. Fun, colorful, whimsical What are you doing when you feel you’re making a difference? We have expanded to four factories at the moment and are making shoes for four different brands. It is a huge pleasure to see how many families we are able to help by employing more people as we continue to grow. What are you wearing when you feel the most powerful/confident version of yourself? A sexy bodycon mini dress. What do you do on those days that you don’t feel that confident? Get a blow dry and do my makeup. It does help lift my mood. My husband says it’s like a security blanket."

Mentoring women and working with female entrepreneurs, starting a foundation to help women navigate harassment in the workplace…I have so many goals and dreams…"
