Intermixonline.com now offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. Items purchased from Intermixonline.com which are not SALE or otherwise noted as FINAL SALE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of receipt by mail or in any domestic INTERMIX store.
Please note: All swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits, hosiery and SALE merchandise are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. INTERMIX will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
Intermixonline.com is unfortunately not able to offer merchandise exchanges or store credits at this time.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and INTERMIX reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. INTERMIX cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at INTERMIX stores or intermixonline.com.
How to Return Merchandise by Mail
Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by logging into your intermixonline.com account. Locate your order and verify the merchandise you are requesting to return. Your RMA number will be emailed to you.
Complete the Merchandise Return Form on your Pack Slip for all items being sent back. Carefully pack your return, when possible, use the original shipping box to faciliate your return, include a copy of your original Pack Slip and the Merchandise Return Form. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. When returning shoes, please do not use the shoe box as your return shipping carton as returns shipped in this manner cannot be honored. The return will be shipped back to you.
Intermixonline.com now offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. Items purchased from Intermixonline.com will include a pre-paid UPS return label with your full priced merchandise order. Please retain a copy of your UPS return tracking number and either take your package to your nearest UPS location or give to your UPS driver. If your order arrives without a prepaid UPS return label, please contact Customer Service to request a label (if order is eligible to be returned). If you opt to not use our prepaid UPS return label provided in the box, please send your return to the below address. Please retain a copy of your return tracking number. You will not be reimbursed for any return shipping fees incurred.
